This is a great product. The review below rated it low because he did not read the product information and tried to match it with an OCTALINK V2 bottom bracket. This is an OCTALINK V1 crankset and you need to get an OCTALINK V1 bottom bracket like the 5500.
Product Used For: 3 Months
Product Strengths:This is a great product for a great price. It is very strong and pretty light. It is not as light as Ultegra or Dura Ace cranksets, but you can't get those at this ridiculous price.
Product Weaknesses:A little heavier than others.

My ordering and shipping experience was fine. When i contacted customer service about the compatibiliy problem with these two products and the fact that they are listed on the same page, the guy was nice, but not incredibly helpful. The "cyclists also. . ." section is user generated, and not really jenson's responsibility, but apparently i am not the only one to mistakenly purchase these items together, so it might be worth putting a note on the page.
Product Used For: 1 Month
Product Strengths:just an fyi, this crankset is not compatible with the Shimano ES 25 bottom bracket that is listed in the "Cyclists Who Bought This Item Also Bought" window below. The crank is octalink v1, and the ES 25 is octalink v2.
You need the Shimano 105 bottom bracket (or another octalink v1 - i.e. road- bb) to use this crank, so its no dice if, like me, you were hoping to put it on a hybrid. I guess the folks at Shimano were not creative enough to come up with a different name for the different spindle type sin order to avoid this confusion.
